CONGRATULATIONS  to FOTI BAROUNIS!!!

Foti completed his Certificate IV  in Fitness and Personal Training this week and we are proud to say that he is the latest addition to all the other professionals our club has! So now there’s no excuse for everyone’s “extra winter bits”… He’s certified in pain administration (and ab development and more!)

Also, he is painting the dojo and it looks awesome we’ll have our gym in no time. Yay!
